Mini rum babà baked in a jar

Description

The mini rum babà baked in a jar is the individual version of our large babà, designed for single-serving desserts, gift boxes and little celebrations. The dough is baked directly in the glass jar, so it stays soft and perfectly soaked in rum syrup until you open it.

The lactose-free recipe makes it more inclusive, while keeping the bold character of rum and the scent of citrus.

A single-portion babà in a jar

Serve it straight from its jar, perhaps with a spoonful of plant-based cream or custard. It is also ideal in a gift box together with other Chocolab products.
